I am delighted you have chosen to work with Stephanie Pape Photography. Please read the following terms and conditions of our engagement:

 

• A nonrefundable fee of $250 is due at the time of the session date. Venmo, check or cash. 

• The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing as determined by the photographer. 

• A gallery of 25 high resolution edited images will be completed within 1 week from the session date. The edited images can be viewed in a private, password protected online gallery. 

• Stephanie Pape Photography shall have the right to use all images for marketing efforts and you grant Stephanie Pape Photography a royalty-free license to use all images for commercial and artistic purposes. 

• All photographs posted to social media accounts must acknowledge Stephanie Pape Photography.

• You agree to be responsible for any damages occurring to any Stephanie Pape Photography equipment or property as a result of the actions of any session attendees.
